1. Use every time after eating or drinking
2. Remove cap on Stain Eraser
3. Slide ring away from the Polish side Twist the Polish dial until small drop appears on felt tip (May take several twists first time to prime pen).
4. Place felt tip against front of teeth surfaces and rub in circular motion with light pressure moving from tooth to tooth for 2 minutes
