1. Gentle face wash:
Use a best cleanser. Cleansers or soaps with a strong smell should be avoided because there are chances to trigger some allergic reaction on the skin Washing very softly is helps avoid irritation. Never rub Acne infected as it will just spread the infection on other areas making it worse.
2. Use Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatments:
Benzoyl peroxide oxygenates skin. Acne bacteria cannot live in oxygenated environments. Benzoyl peroxide is also a mild drying and peeling agent which is thought to help keep pores from blockage. Use 5% benzoyl peroxide products but if your skin in sensitive then you may use 2.5% which is much less irritating.
Remember, irritation alone can make worse acne. Apply more acne benzoyl peroxide as by applying more you simply allow it to penetrate more deeply into the skin.
3. Get Good moisturizer:
Because you'll be using lots of benzoyl peroxide, your skin will most likely be dry and a little peeling. Applying a good moisturizer will help keep your skin in balance.
My Products Recommendation

DDF Salicylic Wash 2% is your first step in blemish prevention. Actively works to regulate excessive oil production, to help prevent and control blemishes and blocked pores, for oily or acne-prone skin of all ages.

DDF Benzoyl Peroxide Gel 5% with Tea Tree Oil Price is not awful and it works pretty well on any under-the-skin pimples that are about to pop up. Can be drying if you get over-zealous, however I would not recommend spreading it all over your face....My face is normally not very sensitive but if I put too much of this stuff on, I wake up with red spots and it's kinda itchy.

Dermalogica Oil Control Lotion regulates oil production in your skin and purifies your pores giving you just the right amount of moisture
